In England, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) is mandatory under the 2021 Environment Act. Developers and developments can fulfil their legal obligations and secure off-site units from our growing catalogue of nationwide habitat banks.

Our range of habitat banks allows you to purchase specific off-site biodiversity units that align with your development requirements, and are competitively priced, fully compliant, and auditable under S106 agreements or conservation covenants.

We own the habitat banks through freehold or leasehold interests in the land which are delivered through our in-house ecologists, landscape architects, land managers, and operational delivery teams, with over 50 years of experience in land management for nature.
