Diversify your land portfolio and support the recovery of nature with a reliable income for up to 30 years.

Farmers and landowners can diversify their land and income streams by leasing their land, or parts of it, for the creation of habitat banks to be sold as off-site biodiversity units through Biodiversity Net Gain.

Ground Control offers an all-in-one service that establishes if leasing the land for Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units is profitable for the landowner, brokers the sale of units to credible clients, and delivers and maintains the habitats in line with legal allocations and reporting.

As a partner with Ground Control, you will:

  • Receive a reliable income for 30 years
  • Retain ownership of your land
  • Diversify your revenue with a risk-free 'no management' option

  • Species-rich grassland (134 Units)
  • Mixed scrub (120 Units)
  • Lakes/Ponds (8 Units)
  • Traditional orchards (4 Units)
  • Woodland enhancement (41 Units)
  • Hedgerow planting (10 Units)

The slider demonstrates how this scheme and habitat bank will develop the ex-arable farmland by 'Year 30'.
