Daniel Grix

Daniel joined Ground Control in September 2023 as Landscape, Design and Energy Director. He brings over two decades of experience in senior commercial leadership roles, both as Commercial Director at House Building Federation (HBF), 5* builder Bellway Homes, and most recently as Managing Director of Construction at SME Gracewood Construction.

Daniel has a proven background in leadership, commercial and technical roles, and a strong knowledge of the wider construction Industry. Daniel brings to the business considerable experience of managing large multi-disciplinary teams and developing and nurturing talent. He is a motivational team leader, focused on managing, leading and developing teams to their full potential.
